During my business trip to Pemuteran, Bali, my director chose the Pondok Sari Beach & Spa Resort for our stay. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities provided. The highlight for me was the beautiful swimming pool equipped with a whirlpool, massagedüsen, and luftsprudelliegen. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings. The pool area had a tranquil ambiance, and the water jets added an extra level of comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and it exceeded my expectations.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at Pondok Sari Beach & Spa Resort was with the breakfast and lunch service.

I absolutely loved my stay at Pondok Sari Beach & Spa Resort. The stunning woodwork and beautiful landscaping throughout the property created a truly enchanting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs as a celiac. The restaurant took great care in ensuring I had a safe and delicious dining experience. The outdoor shower/bathroom was a unique and enjoyable feature. The room had excellent lighting and was tastefully designed. The peaceful and laid-back vibe of the resort was exactly what I was looking for. And the snorkeling and diving in the area were perfect for adventure seekers like me. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Although the wifi was a bit slow and only available at the restaurant, I found a nearby coffee shop with excellent wifi to meet my needs. It was a minor inconvenience but didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent. For the price, we got a beautiful bungalow with an outdoor bathroom that added a touch of Balinese charm to our stay. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the wood carved buildings to the authentic sculptures and furniture, every corner had a touch of Balinese accents that added to the overall experience. Lastly, the location directly on the beach in this tropical garden-surroundings was simply amazing. It was so convenient to step out of the hotel and be right on the beach, ready to explore the underwater exhibits while snorkeling.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location directly on the beach in Pemuteran is simply breathtaking. The beautiful tropical garden-surroundings with plenty of Balinese accents make you feel like you're in paradise. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is perfect. The rooms with their outdoor bathrooms are a unique touch, adding to the overall experience. And I must mention the breakfast, which offers a great variety and caters to different dietary needs, including delicious vegan options.

This resort was the perfect place for my new year's retreat. The traditional buildings and beautiful natural setting made the perfect combination for a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The restaurant offered a wide range of options and the beachfront location was a key highlight. Snorkeling right in front of the property was truly amazing and offered the chance to see a variety of marine life right off the beach.

Although the location was fantastic, some prices were a bit more than expected. the laundry service wasn't up to par and ruined some of our clothes.

Our Christmas stay was marred by several negatives. the restaurant portions were small and expensive, and the breaks were very short.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, outdoor pool. Coming back for Easter!

A tropical paradise with lush gardens, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. The pool and beach were stunning, and the massage treatments were superb. The nearby restaurants were worth visiting, and the snorkeling trip we booked through the resort was fantastic.
